No Information Tabling This Week

  Unfortunately, we will have to postpone our information tabling for this week. I apologize for poor communication on this matter. Instead we will take this time to establish Officer positions, and more thoroughly prepare for our tabling at Al Fresco. I also failed to clarify whether or not there would be a meeting today. I will be present in the same meeting room as last time, If members come, we will work on establishing Officer positions. For those who are not able to make it due to late notice, don't worry,  we will finalize the officer positions online via email/blog.

We need volunteers for the following officer positions:

§  Event coordinator

·         Booking rooms for events

·         Planning agenda for events

§  Community Service Coordination Officer

·         Arrange community service projects

·         Log service hours for people who participate in our projects

·         Give official letters  of completion  for community service hours
